Problem with the sheets
I have been using your product for a few years and have been happy with it. In the last few months, however, it has been leaving a white residue on the clothing, which is difficult to get out.
Also, I'm finding parts of the sheets stuck to the walls of the washing machine. Please advise; I do not wish to stop shipments, but I can't have white spattered clothing.

The sheets are disintegrating into little pieces. My dog is eating them and he's getting an upset stomach. This has never happened before and I have been using these sheets for five years.

There was also no information provided on how to return unopened merchandise. I am an unsatisfied customer.

Resolved: Unwanted order
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Voicemail
Received partial refund but no response on how to return unwanted product. Hopefully my account was canceled and I do not receive any more.
No response from email complaint. Supposed to receive product every for months.
Received product in December and again 2 days ago.
I had even cancelled my account before this recent order. I want a refund for 2 unopened orders.

False Advertising
I submitted a complaint.I ordered a 30 sheet package of Earth Breeze eco laundry sheets. When I received package I opened it and counted the individual sheets, there were only 25!!!
Very disappointed!
Either a mistake or false advertising. I expect a replacement!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I emailed abd did an on-line chat with Earth Breeze and no response but after I contacted this forum and posted I got results. Thank-You
I have alot of allergies so I did not want to subscribe, I wanted to try it first. I did not realize the 3 pack was a subscription bc i had marked one-tine purchase. So when i checked out two charges appeared one for $51 plus change and one for $21 plus change. So I immedaitely went back to their page and tried to cancel the whole order.
It said I successfully cancelled the subscription but I still have a $51+ and another $21+ charge taken out of my account. So I contacted them through their page and emailed them, last Thursday at the hello@***.com and asked them to cancel whole order and I also did it again today through their website and called CSR number for the Earth Breeze company listed on Pissed Consumer.
However, as of of few minutes ago, nothing has happened and my debit card is still not refunded the charges and it still lists on their website I have two active orders but no active subscriptions. But I still have the two charges on my debit card.
- No big plastic jugs to waste & cleaner detergent fir clothes
- Tricky advertisement on their social media and website pages

Cancelled and want refund but never heard back
It was a year ago and a move. I dont remember putting in on auto replenish I canceled and dont want it. Please refund.

I do not like the fact that it is so difficult to speak with a live person. I wanted to make a simple change on my account.
I refuse to pay to talk to someone in your company. I am, therefore, cancelling all future orders.

Earth Breeze has been sending me more than I signed up for. I have tried to get in touch with the company but have not gotten any response. If I do not hear from someone then I'll go to Walmart!
was getting two packs every two months and for some reason you started sending me four,(4) packs. At first I just ignored it thinking it was a mistake.
After trying to get in touch with someone I realized no one was going to respond. I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER! I WANT TWO, (2) PACKS EVERY TWO MONTHS. IF I get no response I will drive 2 miles to Walmart and buy them from there.
