In an email you have said that you sent me a second package. I have never received your second package.
You told me you were going to send me a code for the second package to be returned. I have not received it. This is the issue. I am not paying another $71 Id appreciate it if you would get this resolved.

Earth Breeze keeps sending packets of detergent sheets. As a single person, I cannot use this much detergent, and I cannot cancel in their system.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. They sent me my missing laundry sheets and explained that they had 2 addresses on my account, one of which was not mine. Just contact Earth Breeze directly by phone to get fast results.
I am extremely impressed with the customer service response I received from Earth Breeze recently over a missing shipment. It was speedily and correctly corrected!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Contacted my bank due to fraud that the company engaged in.
The company took my order for 1 package ange later updated it to include 6 more packages for $72. The company refunded the $72 to me
Buyer BEWARE!!! I purchased one order of sheets. They UPDATED my account with another 6 orders and charged my bank!
